MACHINE FEATURES
Feature
- The G.B type can be used to regulate material deflection and achieve accurate machining. For short parts, the N.G.B type can be used to minimize the residual material length and reduce the material cost.
- Design to adopt various toolling options. You can choose optimal tooling to achieve level of productivity. For example thread whirling unit, polygon unit, gear hobbing unit, and etc….
- The 4 cross drilling unit for back working. (Optional)
- The main spindle use built-in motor to minimize vibration and noise, resulting in high accuracy. The Max. speed can be up to 10,000 rpm.
Tools Arrangement
- Excellent cutting and milling functions can do compound and complex processing.
- Serrated tool rest with O.D, tool holder (6pcs), power driven tool (ER11X2, ER16x2), 3-spindle front and back power driven tool unit(Opt.), 4 tool sleeve holder, back sleeve tool x4, back power driven tool holder (4pcs) (Opt.).
- C-Shaft Turning: The Main spindle and back spindle can do single processing individually or simultaneous turning together. It can also do special processing of C-shaft.
Revolving Guide Bush
R.G.B rotate with high speed, which can stabilize the workpiece and increase working performance.
Non Guide Bush
Minimize the residual material length to save the material cost.
