Controller Features
- The dialogue style display shows all discharge parameters, displacement data, machining hole positions, coordinates and C-axis functions. It eliminates the trouble some displace display change, saving time and providing maximum convenience of operation.
- Mold setup display has various capabilities including home position return, search of edge, internal hole-center search, external hole-center search, auto displacement, top point setting, top point search and coordinate conversion. Unlimited set of mold setup data can be saved.
- The program provides various orbit settings with 2D & 3D graphics, travel coordinate data and unlimited auto displacement data. Travel coordinate data can be written by circular matrix (used together with C-axis) or square matrix. The access of all data can be accomplished at a time along with tool number and C-axis angle.
- The monitor display for machining execution shows all discharge machining path. This feature can also conduct continuous simulated discharge coordinate or single simulated discharge coordinate. Discharge parameters (can be modified during discharging) or displacement data are complete shown on this display.
The alarm display shows all current and history alarms with alarm causes, time and dates. Records of alarm can be stored in USB disk.
PARAMETER SETTING:
This feature provides compensation and backlash setting, enabling the machining to achieve the best condition.

Machine Features
